| We currently run one high impact boxing class each week; Wednesday 6:00pm - 7:00pm. We have gloves and hand inners available to use at the studio. Gloves and hand wraps are also available to purchase from the Studio. Our class numbers are limited to ensure quality so bookings for the classes are necessary. No experience is required and the classes do cater to varying fitness levels from beginner to advanced. Cost per class is is $15 with 10 session packs available for $120.
New in 2012"RAW CLASS" Monday night 7:15pm - 8:15pm. Our "RAW CLASS" uses a selection of RAW training equipment including Sandbags, Kettlebells, Sleds, Shipping Ropes, Tyres and Sledge Hammers in a selection of high impact, high intensity exercises. The class is run by the founders of Phoenix Physique and is limited to 20 people. During the hour class the studio is closed to any other activity to allow full useage of the studio floor. Very intense.. Cost per class is $20.
TRIATHALON SQUAD A Triathalon Squad has recently formed at Phoenix Physique. Each week the Squad runs and organises a series of sessions using the studio as a central point for the squad. For more information about the squad including training times please contact the studio (07 3857 7406).
