What is RAW training? RAW training involves the use of Tyres, Sledge Hammers, Kettle Bells, Sandbags and a variety of other training equipment to produce full body functional movements that maximise energy expenditure. Our Raw training utilises both your anaerobic and aerobic energy systems and is the most effective training style for increasing your strength, power and endurance all at the same time. The techniques that we use have been around for hundreds of years throughout Europe but have only recently started to be used in Australia. This style of training is the perfect type of training for rapid weight loss due to the amount of energy that you will expend during a single session.
